"I wish there was a 100 star review ! Long post but worth the read! Theo with L’Oswego went of and beyond. We knew of his craftsmanship as he did our oldest son’s floors 5 years ago. He installed new exotic Brazilian Camaro hardwood and they are absolutely Gorgeous. It’s NOT just his price and beautiful work that sets him apart from his competition but its keen eye to detail, communication, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to serve you. 1. He did extra work for us and didn’t have to. Some slight demo work on cement and prep. 2. He hit the stringent 2 week deadline where our other subs didn’t. He said “I have never failed to hit a deadline.” WOW 3. His communication and follow through is stellar and abnormally amazing. 4. His punch list walk he aims to please with little details to make you happy, the trim caulking, extra floor trim be cut and installed for us, door threads, and he even offered to help unload our U-Haul to be kind. I have worked in sales for nearly 40 years and when I give my highest recommendations it’s not a light hearted referral. I also work as the Vice President of a large commercial contractor in business development. I have seen first hand good and bad subcontractors. Theo is PHENOMENAL!! Trust me, he’s worth MORE money but he still competed with the professional designers best referrals and we still saved money! He’s a rare gem with whatever floors we want installed or refinished. We love our floors and so happy we hired L’Oswego, the only choice for us EVER!"

"It is a pleasure to write a review for Theo at L’Oswego flooring co. I received five estimates. Theo’s estimate to remove carpet and replace with oak hardwood flooring was reasonable and accurate. He provided an itemized estimate, which others did not. He also assured me the estimate was from start to finish and would not change. Theo has an engineering background which supported my belief he would have a strong attention to detail, which he did. I had 4 areas where new flooring was required to be laced into the existing or met what was existing. These merge areas were so well done it is difficult to find them. His timeline for completing the job was as accurate as his estimate. In fact, they were a little ahead of schedule. When he replaced the base molding, that project was done with perfection as well. He and his worker, Alfonso worked well together and each day left my home clean. After the floors had dried, they came back and moved the heavy furniture pieces for me. I could not be happier with the project, and Theo. On a scale of 1 to 5, he is off the charts."
